Problem

The client wanted to increase the company’s productivity by implementing digitized processes to replace their manual process of taking Customer’s booking & also providing Client’s ease to book on their own and as per their preference. Hence, they needed a solution for managing reservations, scheduling events and tasks internally to maintain quality and excellence in real-time.

We developed an intuitive online Restaurant booking system for SJT’s customers which also helped their operators to quickly make a booking, manage their product and service catalogue, event planning and invoicing.

E-commerce functionality

The website is safely integrated with an e-payment gateway that allows customers to quickly transact for their booking.

Smart POS

We have also integrated a state of the art POS system to ensure smart transfer of data between the systems.

Our solution offers invoice and discount management for the admin in a quick and reliable way.

Report Generation

The website allows admins to generate reports and request real-time statistics regarding all data being fed into the site.
