Barcel, one of the largest chips manufacturers in USA wanted a solution to eradicate any regulation frauds made by their field sales executives while installing free POS fridges and other marketing devices at retail stores. Purchase, billing and order detailing and management with editing capability for product orders and schemes was also necessary.
We built a software solution for integrating all POS processes and certain supply chain management processes with two components – a website and a mobile app each with essential features for the supply chain and auditing systems.
Our solution offers an inventory management system to implement detailed resource management.
The solution allows the client to track shipments, orders, distributors and inventory.
Our solution includes an application that allows users to create a standardized execution of product procurement among stores in large and small format chains.
We designed a detailed site for admins to track and edit all data coming from the various sources like operators for inventory and stock, dispatch personnel and order and billing data.
The solution offers report generation capability for reports such as order, sales, shipment and statistics. An overview of which is provided on the dashboard.
Our solution allows personnel to audit the POS devices via barcode scanning and image tracking on the website through the app.
